Av. AHMET ŞAFAK KUŞ | OUR FOUNDER
Ahmet Şafak KUŞ, born in 1977 in İzmit, completed his undergraduate education at Eastern Mediterranean University Faculty of Law in 2002. After completing his internship, he obtained his license in July 2003 and began his professional career at Bilgen Law Office.
Representing Bilgen Law Firm, they worked at the London headquarters of Holman Fenwick Willan, a globally operating law firm with over 500 lawyers, handling and coordinating Turkey-related cases. Simultaneously, they participated in training programs organized by the University of Southampton and continued working as a Partner Lawyer at Bilgen Law Firm.
In January 2005, BBS Law | Attorney Ahmet Şafak KUŞ founded his law firm and has focused his work on Banking Law, Obligations Law, Real Estate Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, Administrative Law, Contract Law, Commercial Law, and Criminal Law. KUŞ has also completed a master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations at Gelişim University. Additionally, he earned a second master’s degree in Private Law from Ankara University Faculty of Law. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. program in Political Science and International Relations at Gelişim University. His foreign language proficiency is in English. Ahmet Şafak KUŞ is a certified Expert Mediator registered with the Ministry of Justice Mediation Registry.
